Eadwell Homes Ltd is a children’s residential care provider working towards Ofsted registration. We provide safe, nurturing and therapeutic homes for young people with complex needs, supporting them to build confidence, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

What Information We Collect
We collect and store information only where necessary to provide safe, lawful, and effective services. This may include:
- information about the children and young people in our care
- contact details for families, professionals, and commissioners
- staff and applicant information required for recruitment and employment
- limited technical information collected through website cookies and analytics.
We do not sell personal data or share information for marketing purposes.
How We Use Information
We use personal data to:
- deliver care in line with each child’s care plan and placement agreement
- meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities
- manage recruitment, training, and employment
- communicate with families, professionals, and partner agencies
- monitor quality, safety, and service improvement
Information is used only for the purpose for which it was collected.
Our Legal Basis
We process personal data where we have a legal obligation, where processing is necessary for tasks carried out in the public interest, or where we have a legitimate interest in delivering social-care services. When special category data, including health information, is processed, we rely on the lawful bases that permit processing for the provision of health or social care services.
How We Keep Information Safe
Information is stored securely on encrypted systems or in locked files accessible only to
authorised staff. We retain data only for as long as required by law and our retention
schedule. All staff receive data-protection training, and compliance is reviewed regularly.
Sharing Information
We share information lawfully and proportionately with:
- placing authorities and social workers;
- health, education, and safeguarding professionals involved in a child’s care; and
- regulators such as Ofsted or, where appropriate, the Local Authority Designated
Officer (LADO).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request corrections, restrictions, or deletion where appropriate; and
- object to certain types of processing.
